Oryx Auto Studios ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through oryxautostudio.com, why, and your choices.

When you request a quote, we collect your name, mobile number, city, vehicle details, the services and shades you choose, and anything you write in the notes. Our website host may also log basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information only to send your quote, schedule and complete your service, provide warranty support, and keep required business records. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Text messages

If you submit the quote form or text us, we will text you about your quote and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use a few trusted providers to run this website and our messaging: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection) and Twilio (text messaging). They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests that don't become jobs for up to 12 months. We keep work orders and warranty records for as long as needed to honor your warranty and meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by texting (626) 417-7299 or emailing max@oryxautostudio.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

Do Not Track

This site does not use advertising trackers and does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
